RULES OF TM GUESTHOUSE

Welcome to the TM Guesthouse. Above are our rules so that we can serve you in a better way.


 

I

CHECK-IN

1.1) Check-in takes place  between 2:30 pm and 7:00 pm.

1.2) Our staff is not allowed to do the check-in without advance payment, or voucher by presenting a travel agency with whom we contract was up.

1.3) On the registration or reservation the guests should provide your identity card / passport to the receptcionist.

1.4) Upon check-in will be given a key chain with two keys: one of the main door of the building and another to the apartment.

1.5) If you lose one of the keys should go to the reception and immediately report the incident, so that we can take the necessary actions and give you a new key to your safety.

1.6) In the exceptional case of emergency you can call the phones available in the reception, for those situations.

1.7) On the check-in the customer must leave € 50.00 as deposit, for guarantee damage and loss of keys (sections 1.5 and 4.1).

1.8) Any change to the schedule must be justified and required.

 

II

CHECK-OUT

2.1) Check-out will take place between 9:00 am and 11:00 am.

2.2) On the day of departure, the apartements should be left empty until 11:00 am.

2.3) Exceptionally, for justifiable reasons, we can make your check-out till 7:30 pm the day before he left.

2.4) Upon check-out the bond / guarantee will be returned to you if there are no damage.

2.5) Any change to schedule must be justified and required, and will be accepted if there's an employee available .


 

III

NOISE

3.1) As a matter of respect and understanding for all customers we ask to pay particular attention to the silence in social areas and stairs, because most of our clients come to rest.

3.2) From 10:00 pm activities importing noise might bother the other guests of the TM Guesthouse, are not allowed (Decree-Law No. 292/2000 of 14 November1)



 

IV

DAMAGE

4.1) Any damage done voluntarily in the Guesthouse, will be charged if the cost exceeds the valueprovided as garantee.

4.2) The company, according to their severity, will take the legal action deemed necessary.

4.3) In case there’s need of an employee come to the Guesthouse, out of the schedule, to solve a situation caused by the guest, the amount of the deposit will not be refunded.


 

V

CLAIMS

5.1) There is a complaints book.

5.2) Please, in case of complaint, the employee is identified, the time of occurrence and participate to the direction that should be called to the scene.


 

VI

SECURITY

6.1)Under Decree-Law No. 228/2009 of 14/07, this company is not liable for the money, jewelry or other valuables.

6.2) The keep of luggage is guaranteed and must be requested at reception.

6.3) Always remind to to close the main door that gives access to the building, the doors of the apartements and make sure that they are properly closed.

6.4)It is not allowed to stay and stay of people who are not on the guest list of the TM Guesthouse.

 


VII

PROHIBITIONS


7.1) Despite the above, and the general rules on tourist accommodation, is not permitted inside the TM Guesthouse:

a) Smoke or make fire.

b) Change the layout of the rooms.

c) Leave waste on private and public spaces.

d) Ingesting excessevly, alcoholic drinks on the TM Guesthouse.

e) No pets are allowed inside of the TM Guesthouse.

 

VIII

BREAKFAST

8.1) At TM Guesthouse there’s no breakfast service. However has a total equipped kitchen with home appliances and ware that guests can use for free.

 

IX

PROMOTIONS AND OTHER OFFERS

9.1) The TM Guesthouse offer throw the web page, information and promotions which are taking place.

a) The offer and promotions are temporary, and are under specific conditions.

 

X

HIGYENE AND CLEANESS

10.1) The TM Guesthouse cleaning is done once a week, when requested, with an additional cost.

a) Though, whenever there’s a change of guest, the cleaning of the apartment will be done.

b) In case the guest stay for more than seven days, it is possible to give clean towels and sheets, after the used ones are delivered.

c) the substitution of the sheets does not include doing the bed; that task should be done by the guest.

 

XI

RESERVATIONS

11.1) The reservations can be done by phone, email, on the website or personally and there must be availability.

11.2) The other rules of reservations are defined by the Reservation Policy of TM Guesthouse.

 

XII

SHARED AREAS

12.1) The rules and recommendations of the using of shared areas, are posted, namely, shared bathrooms, kitchen and living room.

12.2) The disrespect of the rules and recommendations posted on the shared areas will cause the lost of the guarantee and are under the penalties referred in to the Rules, in the way that applies (damage, security, prohibition or other).

a) Every situation which is not contemplated in this Rules, will appeal to the legislation that applies.
